Job Description

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. - Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. - Train new joiners to how to work with special software. - Maintain daily performance of computer systems. - Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. - Clean up computers. - Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. - Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. - Install computer peripherals for users

Requirements

- BSc in Computer Engineering or IT - Knowing Network plus - Knowing Microsoft MCSA - Knowing Mikrotik MTCNA - Knowing WLAN - Knowing LAN - Knowing Passive - Ability to work with printers and faxes - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Have a good knowledge and enough experience to face with unknown issues and resolve them. - Self-motivated and highly enthusiastic about new technologies and solutions.
