Job Description

-Administration of Active Directory and other services like DNS & DHCP services. -Administration of firewall (Fortinet). -Administration of Mikrotik router. -Administration of Antivirus. - Administration of Servers (physical and Virtual). - Administration of Voip system & Ip Phones. - Administration of Network and Hardware devices (install and setup new stations, Printers, Scanners, and other devices). - Administration of Mail Servers (Microsoft). - Network, hardware, and software troubleshooting. - Planning and managing the installation, configuration, and tuning of storage and backup hardware and software. -Familiar with monitoring systems. (Solarwinds) - Periodic Control of stations, network devices, and servers for Detection faults and Troubleshooting. - Tracking problems and solving them in the least possible time. - Training users about computers, systems, and services.

Requirements

At least 2 years' experience in IT Fields. A+, Network +, MCSA. CCNA, CCNP, and higher certification count as extra points. - Expert and ability in software and hardware troubleshooting and knowledge in the hardware filed. Other Skills: - Self-motivation, problem-solving, and job planning. - Good written and verbal communication in Farsi and English. - Good performance under stress and heavy workload. - Team organizing, team leading, and teamwork as a team member
