Job Description

-Answering phone calls -Sending and receiving faxes -Responding to email inquiries -Assisting the management in other tasks and activities -Maintaining schedules and calendars -Coordinating meetings and appointments -Archiving reports, memos, letters, and other documents -Excellent communication, organizational and written skills (Typing Persian/English)


-Having at least 3-year experience -Honesty and personal maturity- Intelligence -Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (word-excel-access-outlook-PowerPoint) and Internet -High level of organization and self-discipline -High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning -Familiar with the English language -Ability to coordinate multiple activities -Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work -Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations -High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Smart and fast learner -Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi
