Job Description

-Identify training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, consultation with managers and the results of performance assessments -Plan, design and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely process -Analyze training needs to develop new training programs and modify and improve existing programs. -Monitor the correct implementation of courses -Measuring the training effectiveness -Design performance management system regarding company requirements -Design training and development plans and strategies Design of organizational culture model -Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement -Analysis statistical data from Performance appraisal data -Prepare reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and recommendations for improvement prepare any relevant reports

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or related fields -At least 5 years of relevant experience -Good Command of MS office -Familiar with Performance Assessment -Full Knowledge of ISO10015 Standards -Active listening -Highly motivated and Innovative -Flexibility, honesty, ability to communicate at all levels, team working and time management -Gender Preference: Male \Female -Working Hours: Saturday –Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m. / Every other Thursday till 12 pm
