Job Description

• Develop strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. • Setting sales goals • Managing individual and team quotas • Creating a sales plan and proactively experimenting to improve execution • Monitoring progress in real-time and analyzing data • Overseeing the organization’s sales training • Keeping an active watch over (and involvement in) key accounts • Mentoring individual sales reps and administering incentive programs • Compile lists describing product or service offerings • Determine schedules and discount rates • Analyze of sales reports.

Requirements

• Having at least 8 years related experienced in sales • Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word • Ability to manage teams and work as a member of team Social communication skills • Ability to Negotiation effectively • Must have strong sales and presentation skills with ability to communicate professionally with customers. • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
