Job Description

- Preparation of periodic sales and distribution reports and definition and review of sales and distribution performance indicators - Transform organization data into information for senior managers to decide - Monitoring customer behavior and defining corrective actions to maintain and improve customer relationship with the organization - Prepare and calculate incentive plans for sales and distribution staff -Analyze sales and distribution processes in the organization and provide improvement plans - Analyzing production and sales data. - Marketing Strategy & annual sales budgeting. - Targeting points of sales for each branch according to Brand and SKU to increase sale. - Planning monthly sales from sales branches. - Collecting and analyzing sales data of sales branches. - Calculating commissions for sales experts. - Estimating and predicting sales rate for every 3 month to help Production Planning. - Frequently visiting sales branches in GCC (specially Iraq) to track sales plan and analysis of sales data, in order to ensure the implementation of sales plan. - KPI determining and controlling

Requirements

- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales or sales planning - Work experience in the consumer goods industry and rapid circulation - Managerial work experience - Fluent in supply topics including inventory control and capillary distribution - Bachelor of Management, Business, Business - 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing companies (FMCG field) - Top PR - Ability to analyze information - Mastery of sales topics - Advanced mastery of office software - Language English Advanced 90% - Age 30 35 years
