Job Description

• Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur • Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company • Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements • Preparing risk management annual budgets • Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educating the board of directors about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks) • Designing and implementing risk responses/risk treatments to limit risks that are affecting the company • Reviewing any new major contracts or internal business proposals • Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company

Requirements

• Master's Degree in an analytical field (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematical Statistics and Insurance Statistics) required • At least 5 years of relevant work experience • Good understanding of business processes and functions • Strong risk and control knowledge • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills • Ability to collaborate with all business lines including operational, technology, audit, compliance as well as other control related partners and colleagues • Experience in using statistical methods to analyze and interpret economic and financial data sets • Planning and organizational skills • Ability to understand broader business issues • Communication and presentation skills • Fluent in English
