Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for a Lead Process Engineer to be responsible for preparing engineering documents. This engineering activity is related to equipment of oil, gas & petrochemical plants. The responsibilities of Process Engineer include checking client’s documents and requirements, attending technical meetings, preparing related process diagrams, doing calculations and sizing for specified equipment, negotiation with client and vendor in order to implement essential deviations and modifications which are not included in the first requisitions or proposals. The Process Engineer is a bridge between Sales and Mechanical sections to get the design feed from clients, carry out necessary activities and provide suitable documents for Mechanical and Fabrication. •Main Responsibilities: -Preparing Process Datasheets, Utility Consumption List, Equipment List, Line Sizing -Checking P&IDs, Control Philosophy, Operating Manual, Equipment Sizing Calculations -Checking Instrument & Mechanical Datasheets and filling Process data -Supporting design and manufacturing activities by attending mutual meetings -Participating in technical meeting with client and sub-vendors (if any) -Management of time and personnel for projects execution -Corporation with other engineering disciplines
