Job Description

•Main Objective: - Help Tapsi with major transformation agenda on the people side in order to become a more pleasant workplace and more rich in learning and faster in personal growth. •Main Responsibilities: -Rethink, advance and execute our Performance Management system -Work closely with the CEO as well as the Head of Functions to improve/redefine career planning/paths within the teams -Quarterly/Annual HR plan/budget preparation -Lead recruiting practice of the company -Work on Tapsi’s employer branding to become more competitive in the job market –Position it as the Top 3 companies to work for in Iran, especially in Tech -Create a more pleasant work environment, physically and socially, to create higher levels of employee engagement and smoothen the effect of work pressure

Requirements

-Degree in Business/Management/Human Resources Management -At least a B.S. from a top university / MBA is a plus -Managerial experience in at least two of the domains explained in the previous section -Strong and structured business problem solving mindset -Passionate about people and organization transformation/change -Adequate team management experience -Having background in General Management or Business Consulting is a strong advantage
