Job Description

● Design and deploy talent management framework at TAPSI and its tools/processes such as organizational review, workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, and competency matrix, etc. ● Review individual and organizational development need by conducting a frequent needs assessment. ● Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs. ● Own the career development process and the whole framework execution from A to Z including performance appraisal, Goal setting, CP designing, and Review sessions, etc. ● Design the right and systematic processes and manage them to work efficiently both among the company and internally in the HR. ● Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other training for some objectives like onboarding, evaluations, soft/ hard skills, etc. ● Conduct job analysis in order to identify and design job descriptions and job requirements in the organization (job profiles). ● Develop a RAPID matrix to increase coordination between units. ● Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing ● Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts. ● Prepare people analytics reports and help the senior levels and HR head in the decision-making process. ● Contribute to internal communication and employee relations, responsible for people's experience and manage deliverables concerning company values and behaviors and drive and lead digital development. ● Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend needed actions by an appropriate plan. ● Design and maintain the employee's information storage workflow with a clean database in the HR and all related processes as well as an organizational chart.

Requirements

● More than four years of experience working in different HR core-related fields like L&D, people analytics, talent management, or other relevant fields. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, or other related fields. ● Significant experience in process design/management. ● Strong data-oriented and analytical mindset. ● Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing data-driven people insights. ● Experience in project management and budgeting. ● Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices. ● Excellent practical experience with MS Office (Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). ● Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors. ● Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking. ● Strong team/people management skills. ● Hands-on and agile with a flexible and open-to-feedback attitude.
