Job Description
• To keep update lab records and maintain GLP • Water reports review • Timely plan for Environmental monitoring & reports approval • To check In-process, FP & Stability micro reports • To SOP preparation & review • Daily work allocation and follow up • To review trends of environmental monitoring and water trends. • To evaluate requirement and initiate the PR • To investigate failure reports of water, environmental monitoring, in-process, FP & stability samples for MLT, BET & Sterility • To approve calibration records • To perform analyst qualification • Ensuring proper training, on-boarding, qualification activities and performance of lab personnel
Requirements
• BS/MS in Microbiology • At least 5 years of related work experience in renowned companies • Decent experience in industry/pharmaceutical manufacturing procedures • Hands-on experience with all conventional and sophisticated analytical instruments • Proficient in documentation and drafting required SOPs • Adequate both OSD and sterile experience • Effective Leadership, communication and teamwork skills • Very good command of English (written/spoken) • Good at necessary IT skills
