Job Description

Roche Head of Marketing /Marketing Lead is critical leadership role and an enthusiastic advocate of the area of expertise. This individual builds up expertise in his/her community and develops the team members. A servant leader to the entire Affiliate, acting with courage and integrity, Inspiring creative leadership and supporting transparency across the organization This individual is always excited about transferring knowledge to others, and coaching members of the chapter and oversee their personal development. Some of the main responsibilities of this role are as per below: • Develop and update product strategy according to its relevant life cycle and define objectives in line with identified market needs, changing commercial & financial circumstances and in agreement with Squad Lead. • Works with the brand team/Squads to establish an agile operating plans • Fosters cross functional collaboration and networking within and outside the brand team/Squad • Constantly Adapt / localize relevant brand positioning, segmentation & Brand value messages in line with local requirements and market changes. • Responsible for overall Marketing Strategy and Competency development, identifying new capabilities, leveraging digital to improve customer engagement • Responsible to help CoS (Community of Skills) members with hard skill and soft skill development, and help exploit their strengths and handle their weaknesses • Drive the execution of the overall products strategy considering the Marketing Mix • Work as an integrator within the Squad team; liaise information exchange between members, agree on tactics’ KPIs and ensure a proper retrospective process in place. • Continuous analysis of marketing information and timely recommendations to Squad Lead for corrective measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred) • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having field experience is preferred • A minimum of 5 years' previous marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other related industry with a track record of progressing • Previous Leadership and management experience • Previous experience with pre-launch drugs is strongly preferred • International work experience is a plus Competencies: • Mastery in communication and influencing • Leadership skills • Project management skills • Analytical skills & decision making skills • High degree of integrity and diplomacy • Innovative mindset and drive • Results driven • Demonstrable team working ability as it involves internal and external networking across the market
