Job Description

•Main Objective: The person is accountable for: Ensure about providing a professional world class maintenance service to operation along with continuous improvement •Required outputs: Functional: (Roles & Responsibilities) -Asset reliability and availability of instrument equipment and systems -Supervise work management process based on ASTAR -Review, identify and scope the work incl. manpower utilization, necessary tools and facilities, Spare parts, maintenance services -Check, supervise, make decision & prioritize of all emergency and planed work from safety, production and maintenance facilities point of view -Assign planned /unplanned daily works and ensure safe, proper and on time execution according to standards (IEC, IEEE, IPS) and work instructions -To perform department tool box for daily scheduled activities -Review feedback related to all discipline activities and take appropriate action -Coordinate and manage execution of planned and unplanned shutdown •Physical Asset Management -Supervise & direct to Ensure on time and proper execution of PM activities -Follow up the RCA process through failure identification and constructive involvement -Coordinate all preparation for overhaul and to manage proper execution of all planned activities and supervise subordinates in this regard -Provide Technical consulting for providing of spare part to spare part specialist and sustainability department -Study/ consult and implement new changes through MOC and TSR -Prepare, approve and revise work instructions completely -Liaison with engineering and asset department to provide a reliable maintenance work -Helping to optimize the production of quality products in a safe and reliable manner -Lead the department contractor in order to do their responsibilities properly -Adhere to company safety rules to ensure/implement safe working practices -Adhere HSE rules, regulations and standards -Supervising daily maintenance work from safety point of view (use of proper PPE, Tools, respect to safety procedure, housekeeping and effective attendance to tool box) -Ensure subordinates (ASPC and service provider) follow permit to work procedure and safety rules -Attending effectively in PDA, PSSR, incident/accident investigation meeting -Attending effectively in safety/ process walk down according to ASTAR rules and follow up outcomes -Manage fixed cost related to own discipline -Analyze cost for controlling budget and report to plant maintenance manager monthly -Review budget deviation for controlling and optimizing budget forecast quarterly -Prepare yearly budget forecast by studying and analyzing maintenance cost of current year and identifying future projects (CAPEX, OPEX) -Build and develop employee competency -Review training matrix for preparing 2 years PDP -Review/approve training course contents -Prepare performance agreement and follow performance cycle -Assess and improve maintenance service provider manpower competency -Train subordinates in job duties, safety procedures and company policies and recommend personnel action such as hiring and promotions
