Job Description

- Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the business, and minimize organizational cost through product standardization - Review, analyze and monitor quotes and bids, discover the most profitable suppliers - Negotiate contracts and service agreements, policies and deadlines with suppliers and vendors - Finalize details of orders and deliveries - Oversee purchasing sources for services, equipment and supplies, and re-evaluate existing contracts - Understand and keep up with new trends and regulations in the business and technology, and maintain updated knowledge of market status and current rates for equipment and services - Review and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities - Maintain records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the company's hardware and software - Schedule and coordinate all maintenance project work items to be done in a timely and efficient manner - Assist ICT Director in planning, and control ICT budget - Report against budget outcomes, and cost savings via negotiation and strategic initiatives on a regular basis - Coordinate and follow up payments process with financial department - Perform management of risk assessments for all suppliers and contracts

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills: - English language proficiency level: ILR-2 (Limited Working Proficiency) - To be familiar with computer stations and related accessories, ICT infrastructure devices and facilities, technology trends including hardware and software. - To be familiar with an array of supply management software, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial analysis, inventory management, point of sale, procurement and project management programs, as well as general office software - Two (2) year supervisory experience - Good knowledge about ITIL framework Experience: - At least 5 years of work experience in similar position and/or procurement related Education: - BS/MS degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, economics or an applied science and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Behavioral qualities: - Ability to work independently, in teams, across departments - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Focused and detail-oriented - Talent in negotiations and networking - Ability to motivate and direct staff members and subordinates - Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Exceptional customer service orientation - Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users Special Conditions: - Preferred Gender: Male
