Job Description

● Plan human resources requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers. ● Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities. ● Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures and negotiate collective agreements. ● Administer employee development and safety programs. ● Direct the organization's performance management program. ● Interact with the government departments and insurance companies which are required by the organization.

Requirements

● Decision-making and problem-solving skills. ● Creativity, enlightenment, and innovation. ● Intellectual, perceptual and analytical skills. ● Mastery of the performance management process. ● Mastery of the training process. ● Mastery of labor law. ● Mastery of the payroll system. ● Mastery of the documentation process. ● Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Psychology, or other related fields. ● 10 years of experience as an HR manager or human resources supervisor. ● Hold a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification.
