Job Description

-Being responsible for all HR functions (Talent acquisition, Employee relations, Career and Performance Management, Learning and Development, Budget, Total rewards, Payroll and Personnel - administrative affairs) -Implementing and developing HR and Admin strategies, procedures and practices being in line with HQ -Monitoring of all HR function in alignment with the local labor law -Managing the business plan for HR related issues (budgeting, reporting etc.) -Working effectively with all employees of organisation -Managing Administration department and all the facilities in the head office and factories

Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related departments and post-graduate studies in Human Resources is a must -Minimum 12 years of experience in Human resources field -Previous experience in a multinational FMCG companies is highly preferable -Previous experience in industrial/production environments is a must -Effective project management and presentation skills, ability to work in a matrix organization
