Job Description

Control foreign purchasing department Procedures, Holding tenders Tracking and coordinating importing commercial affairs including, order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, shipping and delivery schedules and custom clearance Introducing saving projects by putting out tenders and innovative sourcing ideas Correspondence and negotiation with suppliers Alternative sourcing for active raw materials Follow up of all administrative and financial details of purchased materials until their delivery to warehouse Categorizing suppliers and assessing them Budget, Plan and analyze procurement costs Work closely with finance department for forecasting required cash flow Reporting to Commercial Manager

Requirements

+5 years’ experience in procurement and purchasing Have a good Command of Computer Skills (MS-Office, Photoshop, Outlook, and Internet.) Well experienced in procurement, importation regulations and policies Able to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing Teamwork Fluency in English, speaking and writing Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiar with pharma Market
