Job Description

● Perform the needed activities to receive necessary permissions from the ministry of health, Ministry of Commerce, and other authorities for the importation of products. ● Communicate with suppliers to put orders and arrange the shipments. ● Close follow-up of needed activities with organizations and other departments. ● Prepare documents and follow up on customs clearance of products. ● Constant and daily contact with organizations and authorities involved. ● Prepare regular reports for management. ● Data entry of all steps of importation of the orders.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering. ● At least 3 years of relevant working experience in pharma. ● Familiar with the commercial process specifically costumes clearance and logistics. ● Good command of English. ● Good command of MS Office. ● Good interpersonal skills. ● Highly motivated. ● Familiar with TTAC. ● Experience in pharma is mandatory.
