Job Description

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the finish products R&D manager, the pharmaceutics will direct projects related to the optimization, controlling the manufacturing systems; development, discovery, and improvement of new formulations such as capsules, soft gels, tablets, syrups and etc. Their tasks also include preparation of the DMF for new pharmaceuticals and supplements, updating official files for exciting products, documentation, reporting, interpreting, protocol writings, SOPs, and supervision of the launch of new products. This is a full-time position, predominantly in a manufactory and office environment. Primary duties and responsibilities: ● Prepare the DMF of New Herbal Pharmaceutical products, supplements, and raw materials according to international guidelines, pharmacopeia and monographs and registration ● Design formulations and processes for new products. ● Manufacture development, optimization, and scale-up batches. ● Perform stability studies at various conditions. ● Develop new formulations and optimize their processes for scale-up and production. Improve existing formulations in production. Handle scientific, technical, and regulatory aspects of new product development. ● Evaluate product testing results and finalize product formulation and processes. ● Write master formulas, manufacturing procedures, SOPs, Product Development Reports, etc. ● Evaluate and interpret analytical data. ● Write protocols, SOP’s, detailed technical reports on the completed studies, and periodic reports of ongoing studies. ● Comply with all aspects of GMP and Safety.
