Job Description

- Proactively gather and utilize intelligence from ecommerce, digital marketing, customers, competition, and other verticals to support the expansion and optimization of existing products and initiatives that will drive increased customer acquisition and retention - Perform and manage functional analysis and design activities for e-commerce solutions - Define overall metrics and KPI’s for the e-commerce site and report performance - Monitor and control scope, timelines, and budget for various e-commerce projects,

Requirements

- Strong understanding of digital consumer marketing and ecommerce technology, B2B and Omni Channel - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners and leaders - Drive influence and alignment without authority, lead a team to consensus and action - Highly self-motivated and self-sufficient - Curious, creative and out-of-the-box critical thinker to identify opportunities and insights - Anticipate opportunities/challenges/gaps to determine what work to prioritize and when - Adaptable to changing team needs and requests for information and intelligence - +8 years relevant technology capability development and management experience - +5 years people management experience - Master’s degree in marketing, business, MBA or related field.
