Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Director to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients. In this role, you will coordinate with our Sales directors to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.

Requirements

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in Retail or leather industry. - The candidate should have good PR and be able to communicate with customers (satisfied and unhappy). - The candidate should be able to design and implement systems (processes, required forms, etc.) - The candidate should have the ability to train POS staff and continuously monitor their performance and help them to improve.
