Job Description

● Participate in the macro-planning project, and carry out detailed planning of project construction and implementation. ● Preparation of all requirements and requirements of the construction and implementation of the project (including all instructions, methods, procedures, forms, and formats, documents and specifications, lists and checklists, etc.). ● Fully equipping the workshop, and organizing, managing, and leading the executive contractors, executive agents, and organization of the workshop. ● Implementation and execution, directing and advancing the complete plan of construction and execution of the project, in coordination and participation with other elements of the project. ● Design, review, and evaluation of component contractors for the construction and execution phase, and introduction to the project manager for review and selection. ● Calculations and execution of works performed, machinery, fuel, and project executive manpower. ● Optimal and correct planning and management of the use of machines and executives, in accordance with the plan of executive projects. ● Responsibility, supervision, management, and directing of all affairs, activities, machinery, execution contractors and employees in construction and execution, management, control, control, management, elimination, and monitoring of all construction and execution affairs, testing, and commissioning. ● Review and evaluate performance reports and status reports of subcontractors, and submit approved / non-certified reports. ● Cooperation and cooperation, and coordination with other elements and members of the project, and accountability to the project manager in the field of project implementation. ● Project management preparation of project implementation documents (analysis reports, test packages, punch lists, tickets). ● Prepare and present all the information about the progress of the project construction and execution plan (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

Requirements

● Full familiarity with the position and duties of the project construction and execution unit (workshop equipment, construction, and installation, testing, and commissioning). ● Full familiarity with the principles, rules, processes, and workflow of construction and implementation of industrial projects. ● Familiarity with structures, systems, equipment, items, and tools of industrial projects. ● Familiarity with the executive documents of industrial projects (documents and plans of construction and installation, and testing and commissioning). ● Full familiarity with codes and industry standards related to construction and installation operations, and testing and commissioning. ● Ability to fully equip the workshop, and to organize, manage and lead contractors, executives, and workshop organization. ● Ability to perform calculations and estimates of required quantities of materials, machinery, fuel, and executive manpower. ● Ability to negotiate and review component contractors for executive operations, and introduce to the project manager for review and selection. ● Ability to review and evaluate performance reports and status of component contractors, and submit approval/disapproval reports. ● Familiarity with the documents of the construction and execution department (analysis reports, test packages, punch lists, tickets). ● Ability to plan and manage the optimal and correct use of machines and executives, in accordance with the executive plan. ● Skills in managing and leading the project execution team, and interaction and cooperation, and coordination with other elements and members of the project.
