● Overseeing the objectives and implementation of all commercial strategies.
● Analyzing activity within the company’s industry to develop the best and most effective commercial business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPIs.
● Having shared responsibility in the preparation of sales plans, marketing, profit, and loss estimations and budgets, using market demand, corporate goals, and historical figures to achieve this.
