Job Description
Plan, perform and coordinate all domestic & international commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing etc Prepare purchase orders, request bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services Suppliers evaluation based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability and capability Monitor and apply legal rules and regulations Negotiate and administer contracts with local & international suppliers, vendors and representatives Plan and coordinate custom clearance procedures Handle defective and rejected goods or services by conferring internally, with client and supplier to determine corrective action Acquire all necessary importation authorization and related documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in a related position Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent spoken and written English Analytical with attention to details Able to work under pressure and time constraints A team player with ability to take initiative and solve problems Familiar with import order registration at ministry of commerce
