• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.
• Inspect construction work on site to ensure its adherence to the design plans.
• Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents.
• Estimate material requirements and costs
• Design spaces to be environmentally friendly, using sustainable, recycled materials when feasible.
Requirements
University qualifications: BS in Architecture.
• Having minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential architectural design.
• Excellent knowledge of construction, ability to oversee technical issues and design changes.
• Highly flexible, high tolerance and ability to work under pressure
• Self-Motivated person.
• Having good social skills to communicate with other members and team work.
• Fluent in English.
