Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields; Master's degree is preferred
● At least 7 years of experience in related fields.
Specialist knowledge:
● Excellent in MS Office.
● Familiar with PWKARA.
● Excellent knowledge of Labor Law, SSO law, Supplementary Insurance, and Employers Liability Insurance.
● Excellent knowledge of recruitment, retention, attendance, payroll, and job grading.
