Job Description

● Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. ● Train administrative personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space. ● Assess administrative staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. ● Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. ● Supervise the management schedules and deadlines. ● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material. ● Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities. ● Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning, recycling, etc.). ● Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. ● Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or other related fields. ● At least ten years of work experience in the same field. ● Familiarity with management concepts and principles. ● Having creativity and reporting ability. ● Having commitment and responsibility. ● High negotiation ability. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Problem-solving ability. ● High PR. ● Good time management. ● Professional computer literacy. ● Organization skills. ● Resourcefulness. ● Good decision-making skills.
