Job Description

Reporting to: Human Resources Manager - Manages/oversees personnel Contracts - Manages departmental and personnel issues - Supervision on all of utilities and services in the factory and also security unit - Operation of payroll, pension & PAYE matters. Production of payroll returns - Ensure HR policies & processes are in place and adhered to - Supervision of Admin staff, including liaison with relevant programme managers - Responsible for all insurance • Job Location: Firouzkoh • Number of Staff to be recruited in this position: 1 • Job Duration: Permanent Position • Desired start date: ASAP • Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday: 7:00 a.m.- 17:00 p.m. Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. • Transport Allowance: Company Car + fuel allowance

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational development or related field. Master's Degree is preferred • Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in related field. -Specialist knowledge: • Excellent in MS Office • Familiar with PWKARA • Excellent knowledge of Labor Law, SSO law, Supplementary Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance • Excellent knowledge of Recruitment, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading - Soft Skills and Personality traits: • Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels, building good working relationships • Excellent Influencing Skills • Strong Analytical Skills • Strong problem solving skills • Effective planning and use of time • Strong interpersonal and team-related skills -Ideal Age: 32-45
