Job Description
● Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations including Controlling all accounting journals and all of their attached documents.
● Monitoring and recording financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
● Controlling and monitoring warehouse and production transactions and the cost of goods sold on a daily basis.
● Preparing and submitting Tax returns and SSO and VAT and all monthly seasonal and other annual legal reports.
● Providing financial and management reports such as P&L and cash flow.
● Ensuring compliance with payments and observe other tax requirements.
● Performing year-end closing processes and financial processes.
● Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
● Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
● Managing the preparation of the company’s budget and forecasts.
● Liaising with the tax office, social security organization, banks, and other related third parties.
● Seeking out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
