Job Description
- Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiaries.
- Prepare analytical reports based on monthly financial reports in subsidiaries.
- Analyze budgets and financial trends.
- Prepare single and consolidated financial statements at the group level.
- Manage the preparation of the annual budgets in subsidiaries.
- Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
- Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other management reports.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze cost accounting and other financial reports.
- Responsible for all aspects of company tax compliance.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and complete statutory accounts.
- Preparation of fiscal financial and statements including balance sheet and income statement.
- Develop & implement company’s financial policies & procedures.
- Integration and consolidation of annual budget of the company and preparation of annual budget
of the company.
- Provide and analyze the financial reports, controlling and confirming of accounting documents.
