Job Description
- Preparing and approving financial statements of the corporation
- closing accounts and preparing financial statements through IFS
- Monitoring the authenticity of accounting documents and attachments based on accounting standards
- Preparing financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Supervision of personnel accounts, treasury, credits and collector affairs
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements
- Maintain or examine the records of government agencies
- Develop, maintain and analyze accounts, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
- Responsive to request of other departments in the company
