We are looking for a Hardware & Network Expert who enjoys working in a technically challenging environment and as part of a team at Golrang system (professional IT Company of GIG). Responsibilities: -Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks, in-house and cloud servers include VM and Microsoft products such as Active directory -Participate in Business Continuation/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, including network performance, security, anti-virus, design, and acquisition of servers. -First line support for PC and Help-desk technicians -Install, modify, enhance, test, and implement standard configurations for deployment of workstations, servers, (both Virtual and physical and other network components and client software -Provide on-site network support for divisional offices and remote hearing locations. Resolve problems reported by end users -Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field -Minimum 3 years of specialize experience is required. This experience should be in network administration and demonstrated ability to recognize causes and analyze problems and recommend practical solutions -Proven experience in a network administrator role -Expert in CCNA(R&S) /MCSA and deep Knowledge on Networking Concepts e.g. IP Addressing, Switching, Routing, Load Balancing, Caching & Proxy -Good knowledge of virtualization and storages solution -Good knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure -Excellent organizational, prioritizing and multitasking skills -Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies -Familiar with ITILv3 or v4 and Ticketing Systems
