Job Description

List of responsibilities: Keeping a registry of association members Lodging financial reports with the relevant government agency Notification of any changes in office bearers to the appropriate government agency that administers laws and regulations governing the incorporation of associations Record, publish, circulate and maintain the minutes of board/committee meetings Maintain a calendar of association events and notify association personnel of forthcoming events in a timely manner Act as a focal point for the receiving and sending of correspondence on behalf of the association. Keep a copy of all inwards and outwards correspondence Maintain records of the association Sending out notices of general meetings to the association membership Compile and send out the agenda for board/committee meetings . Reporting to: Chairman of Association. Subordinates: none. Length of Probation Period: Permanent. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 to 5. Travel requirements: Yes. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Negotiable.

Requirements

University Qualifications: MBA, DBA , Master of management, Metallurgical Engineer. Other certifications obtained: -. Nature and length of previous experience: At least 10 years of management activities. Specialist knowledge: Familiar with the mineral industry Familiar with steel industries Familiar with the processes of guild societies Familiar with the processes of import and export. Soft Skills and Personality traits: High communication skills Management and Custodial Skills Organizational skills Planning skills.
