Job Description

• Market and consumer insight: Regularly conduct surveys and insights into markets, industries, competitors, and consumers, collect macro market, industry (including customers/channels), consumers, and competition data, and output insight analysis reports that are valuable to Huawei. • Product development: Based on market and consumer insights, guide product planning/definition, product selling point exploration and packaging, develop country product strategies, and expansion packages, and expand the products internally and externally. • Product operation and management: Manage single product and product portfolio operation. Based on the basic product go-to-market process and market dynamics, develop/manage marketing strategies, price strategies, demand forecasts, and channel inventory strategies to promote product profitability. • Project management: Be responsible for E2E product lifecycle project management. Develop a reasonable plan based on the project objectives. Monitor project execution, drive efficient investment in each domain, quickly identify risks, and adjust resource allocation. Organize and summarize the review experience, and quickly improve and promote the application.

Requirements

• Having experience in retail, channel management, and product marketing is preferred. • Have good market expansion and project management capabilities and have successful cases of providing products and solutions for customers. • Strong internal and external communication skills, goal-driven, and result-oriented. • Fluent in English. • Have a strong interest in mobile phone products and be able to develop their own unique perceptions and insights. • Strong logical thinking ability
