Job Description

The organizational development (OD) manager position acts as organizational development liaison and advisor. This department initiates activities regarding Corporate Culture, Performance Management, Organization Chart and Change Management. The most important responsibilities of OD manager are: -Make sure that all organization members are clear about the organization's mission and purpose and goal agreements as well as how is the organization's work divided up -Establish guidelines for healthy relationship between individuals, units or departments that perform different tasks, and of course between the people and requirements of their jobs; develop and manage company Communications strategy to ensure that employees are informed and feel a sense of community and connection -Monitor organization and individual performance, seek the gaps and more importantly the root causes as well as facilitate the improvement by providing meaningful reports; establish standards and performance objectives, define metrics and measure results for all programs to gauge success and ROI -Manage and lead a preliminary diagnosis, data gathering, feedback of results and joint action planning in order to help to effect changes and plan actions as part of the transformation stage and finally design corrective action -Research, develop and manage strategies and measure results for culture improvement -Advise and assist business leaders and HR Business Partners on human resources related challenges utilizing instructional design and organization effectiveness principles, processes and tools

Requirements

-Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field -4-6 years of experience in organizational design and effectiveness, change management, HR and Talent Management -Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, job analysis/design, implementing and managing culture change and transformation initiatives -Minimum 5 years of progressive job-related Human Resources experience including leadership training and/or staff development required. -Strong ability to lead and apply organizational and change theories -Excellent facilitation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills required -Must be very “hands on” and demonstrate leadership by example -Fluent in English
