Job Description

Job brief: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to oversee and produce creative digital and print solutions to address our market needs. • Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose • Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design • Innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers • Working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print • Web and print publishing knowledge and experience (publishing contents in social media) • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists. • Sufficient knowledge of using any computer software needed to create different kind of media including digital web media, printing media and video clips. • Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair

Requirements

• Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time • Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs • Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs • Effective networking skills to build contacts • Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design This role, needs in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. Experiences in executive marketing projects from concept designing to production (including websites, brochures and product packaging) is required. Ultimately, you will ensure the design team is able to promote our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
