Requirements
Responsibilities
-Take feedback from related stakeholders and iterate quickly and effectively.
-Bring new ideas and concepts.
-Reporting to the Lead Designer, this role requires someone who can maintain a consistent creative quality across the business.
-You will work on in house projects branding, social media, digital ads and new business pitches.
-You will need to be ambitious, motivated and confident and able to see the vision of what needs to be delivered to make the design team work in order to support the company’s vision, mission and objectives.
-Managing in house design, print preparation and marketing collateral.
-Responsible for ensuring adherence to all corporate protocols and visual identity guidelines and assure quality and adherence to corporate brand standards of final product before release.
-Manage multiple projects within design specifications.
-Manage projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with team members to determine scope of project, developing sample layouts for approval, presenting samples for approval, and preparing final layout for production.
-Create engaging and clear materials from complex and often technical content.
-Advertising assets across multiple formats, including digital animations
Skills
-A collaborative, team-player attitude.
-Excellent time management and team working skills.
-Fluent in Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
-Knowledge of after effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
-Able work in a fast paced, tight turnaround environment.
-3+ years of experience in similar fields.
