Job Description

This position is responsible for designing or creating graphics and advertising ideas, and also, content to meet specific commercial or promotional expectations, such as packaging, displays, product lunch, brads value creation. Main responsibilities: - Design print brochures, event collateral, catalogs, and other marketing materials. - Design social media graphics and web graphics including creation of info-graphics, graphic elements, and other imagery to enhance the message. - Thinks creatively to develop concepts, graphics and visual images to communicate a stimulating story in an efficient and effective manner. - Interpreting the business' needs and developing a concept to suit the company's purpose. - Create visual and content aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including info graphics. - Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. - Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system. - Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. - Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. - Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. - Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.

Requirements

- BSC/MS in fine Art Design, Marketing or related field. - At least +3 years of relevant experience (The experience in E-Commerce businesses or hygiene-beauty companies is an advantage). - age: 30-40 no matter male or female. - Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design, After Effect, Premier, Light room. - Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software. - Strong graphic design, Layout, Analytical, Creativity, and flexibility skills. - Attention to detail & Acute vision. - Deadline-oriented and follow up range of projects and tasks. - Familiar with Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software. Knowledge, skills & abilities: - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). - knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. - have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing. - The ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem. - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Working principle: - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday; 8 AM-5 PM - Reporting to: Branding Manager - work Place: Gisha Bridge in Tehran
