Job Description

• Responsible for defining and achieving targeted sales value and volume. • Defining distributor's sales budget and sales promotion plans including its implementation. • Responsible for finding the right agent, setting up the purchase plan along with the forecast and managing monthly sales and operation plan. • To set up product line up, product life cycle, product display matrix in Iran • To develop very strong relationship with all distributors, dealers and projects, etc. • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commercial or related fields. • Need at least 2 years of work experience in sales. • Special knowledge on Sales & Marketing. • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders. • Evaluate needs and promote product or service sales. • Strong, professional communication and management sales skills • Familiar with commercial codes (ghanoone tejarat) • Able to thrive in deadline-driven environment • Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details • Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines • Solid understanding of commercial concepts. • Strong knowledge in excel and local commercial and crm packages. • Ability to multi task, meet deadlines and work under pressure. • To be team oriented and strong leadership skills. • Having strong communication skills. • Commercial-related computer software and the applications to assigned functions
