Job Description

- Reporting to General Manager - Facilitates with all admin need and issues - Follows up and manages key delegation topics with Company key leaders - Works out external issues with key authorities, being single point of contact - Follow up on-going projects and Identify potential risks of projects - Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination - Act as CEO’s liaison person with various corporate departments - Preparation and distribute minutes of meeting - Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas and future follow up - Perform travel arrangements and manage the schedule

Requirements

- BS, BA Degree - Min. 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Project Assistant, preferably in FMCG field - Full Command of Turkish and English both in writing, Listening, Speaking and Reading - Fluent in communication and excellent public relation - Project Management, Time management, Process improvement skills are asset - Excellent in MS Office - Being very precise, responsible, creative, team player, and faithful to work - Analytical thinking capability - Energetic and flexible to work as of the demands of the role - Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities
