Job Description

- Oversee daily operations of the office - Interviewing & evaluation of new job candidates and hiring staff - Planning and running projects to unify the three offices including Training Packages & sessions - Managing the costs, and negotiate for getting better deals - Supervising the quality of customer service, and CRM - Supervising the internal process of document gathering, updating our database, and preparing required packages for the main office - Evaluate employees' efficiency per quarter, and give them a raise after having the main office's confirmation - Preparing internal reports and provide them to the CEO. - Running marketing projects including Monthly feeds (images, captions & hashtags) for Instagram. - Playing a key role in International conferences and Seminars - Sitting with Iranian, and non-Iranian clients for explaining about the required documents

Requirements

- Gender: Female is preferable - Age: 25-35 - At least Bachelor degree from a good university and 3 years of related experience - Excellent English Skills - Good analytical, negotiating and communication skills - Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal, written), - Perfect attention to details, - Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful and a good team player, - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, - Detail-oriented, multitasker and able to work independently - Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi), - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
