Job Description

: Directs and coordinates all sales activities to obtain maximum efficiency and economy of operations. This position will require an understanding of marketing and sales strategies as they apply specially to the printing industry. He/She reports directly to the CEO of company to assist in the growth of the company. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to details as well as excellent leadership and management skills. • Responsible for development, implementation and achievement of annual sales, margin and expenses and strategic plans. • Organizes a competent effective sales management team by directing the selection, development, management and motivation of personnel. • Maximize sales by establishing and implementing effective sales and marketing programs to achieve or exceed company and supplier objectives. • Directs the operation of sales department through effective communication and supervision of personnel to increase profitability. • Promotes company in Industry or trade associations. • Responsible for training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems • Finalizing sales agreement, contracts, trade-in etc… • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time
