Job Description

• To manage the business and travel calendar of general manager. • To provide communication and coordination between the top management and related units, • Follow up and finalize correspondence on behalf of the senior management, • To participate in meetings that are deemed appropriate by the senior management, to take a meeting note and to publish as necessary, • To organize organizations of upper management meetings and working areas, • Organizing the hospitality and hospitality processes of top management guests.

Requirements

• Be competent in writing and speaking in English, prefer to speak Turkish • Graduates of related departments of universities, • document management and archive monitoring, • Competence in planning, organizing and monitoring processes, • High ability to represent, attentive to its appearance, • Experienced at least 2 years in the field.
