Job Description

-Execute whole PTP (procure to pay) cycle of material including: •Purchase requisition execution, RFQ process & Purchase order execution •Vendor / supplier payments •Inbound logistics, delivery and custom formalities -Manage internal service levels with end users -Negotiate with suppliers for having a firm contract and/or getting discount -Develop and maintain supplier relationships in accordance with supplier categorization strategies -Contribute in stock items classification, mainly material -Liaise with other departments to gather/improve/maintain relevant technical specifications / ERP system master data -Develop and maintain perfect PTP documentation -Manage planned orders & expedite deliveries according to stock availability -Compile weekly & monthly reports to the relevant Supervisor and manage applicable action plans -Going through new suppliers, providing due data and asking for registration new suppliers in ERP system. -Maintain PO (Purchasing order) data in ERP system on daily basis

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree (Preferably Commercial) -Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Project procurements -Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills -Conversancy with Standards as ASME, API -Conversancy with Vendor expediting process -Possibility to work and live in Assalouyeh -Fluent in English conversation & corresponding -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 46
