Job Description
The mission of this position is to perform the measures related to payments and to prepare and suggest the procedures for necessary accounting controls.
The core responsibilities of a general accounting specialist at Zarrin Roya would be:
● To prepare the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and quarterly sales and purchase reports.
● To review the invoices and issue the orders for service and personnel payments.
● To control the accounts of imprest funds, the current account balance of employees, and their loans.
● To control and payment in relation to the settlement of employees' accounts.
● To control the interface accounts between companies of the Zarrin group.
● To register and control the employees' supplementary insurance accounts.
● To control the monthly routine payments.
● To maintain and update the fixed asset records.
● To prepare and review the budgets, income, expenses, salary and other accounting documents.
