Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: - Answering phones - Knowledgeable in payroll, and account receivable is a plus. - Responsible for all management official mailing and office works. - Traveling arrangements . - Calculation of salaries and wages and tax calculation

Requirements

-Must be Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel -Must be highly organized and self-disciplined -Skill in identifying and resolving problems. -Ability to Organize and prioritize, multi-task effectively and efficiently, -Strong communication skills, ability to work independently -Must be Familiar with filing and organizing -Minimum of 3 year sold experience -Familiar with accounting
