Job Description

FM expert, fully familiar with fraud management systems (including Subex and developed external systems). This person will seat in IT department and will work with IT team. Main responsibilities are: -Evaluating and revising maturity level of processes based on FM processes and SoP levels -Strategic planning to increase current maturity level -Product supervision and improvement suggestions -Analysis of issues which FM engineer is not able to resolve -Fraud risk analysis and revenue loss of operator and suggesting solutions to decrease them -Analysis of new services from fraud challenges aspect -Development and implementation of new scenarios -Application housekeeping: monitoring and maintenance -Application management operations calendar adherence -Application availability checks management -Application alert notification management -Application issue troubleshooting & management -Data feed issue management -Application patch and release management -Business Operations Support such as setting up and maintaining SoPs, processes and policies for FMS business operations, …. -Product configuration management: Configuration through GUI -Data processing, availability & flow management -Data volume management -Scheduled Jobs Management -Data Retention Management -User & Group Management -Access Control Management -Reference Data Management -Application Security Configurations Management -Reporting Management -Support ETL change management activities around Subex FM products and peripheral FM Products -Support in development of new and enhancement of existing ROC FM Audits, Measures, Reconciliations and Reports as supported within the solution capabilities -Functional test cases development -Functional testing -Adherence to CR management process -Requirement and data sample gathering
