Job Description

Job Summary: Support and develop fraud management and revenue assurance systems in a way that make system up and running. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage FMRA system users - Maintain FMRA systems - Monitor FMRA system performance - Check files and event logs and identify and solve FMRA system problems - Identify, troubleshoot and report FMRA system problems - Provide software support service of FMRA system - Identify FMRA system software needs - Update and improve FMRA system - Gather, transform, validate and upload needed information sources on FMRA system - Programming and develop FMRA system

Requirements

Experience: at least 2 years in the field of Programming, Script writing, Linux and software support Education: M.A in Computer and IT Knowledge, Skills and abilities: Perfect Skill in Programming, Script writing and Linux Skillful in Oracle, Linux, Hadoop, Oracle Sql, Networking Certified in LPIC (1,2) Intermediate level in English Time management Teamwork Reporting Systematic and analytical thinking Responsibility and accountability Problem analysis and problem solving Negotiation Innovation and Creativity
