Job Description

Currently, we are seeking an individual as a Franchise Sales Director at our head office in Tehran. Franchise Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities • Meets/exceeds all sales goals; responsible for appointment setting, weekly sales calls, and conversions. Makes cold-calls and sets in person appointments. • Identifies, cultivates, manages and tracks new franchise opportunities. • Utilizes data obtained from various sources to research target markets and prospects, and to obtain a complete understanding of the dynamics of the market. • Builds and promotes relationships, and makes sound business determinations on all prospects. • Creates a detailed business plan including territory management, key prospect target list and activity plans/management to ensure individual goals are met • Responsible for application timeline. Qualifies and convinces prospects to attend Erun Fitness Discovery Day Tour; follows-up tour by scheduling a Company presentation. • Visit proposed franchise locations and meet with prospective franchisees to discuss minimum and non-negotiable operating standards for their compliance • Performs other duties as assigned.


Franchise Sales Manager Skills and Specification • Must have high learning ability to absorb the intricacies of the business at the shorted time possible. • Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills. • Must have excellent leadership and managerial skills • Must have above average computer skill with experience in Microsoft Office • Acceptable command of English both in writing and speaking Franchise Sales Manager Education and Qualification • A college degree in commerce, economics, business administration or related fields is basic to the position • A masteral degree in business administration is an advantage • 5 years and above experience in sales operations in a related company with a successful track record in hitting sales quota is preferred • Having experience in franchise business is a plus • Ideal Age:30-45
