Job Description
● Organize and manage the process between the franchisor (company) and the franchisee within the framework of legal contracts. ● Define the franchise operation system, processes, and working standards and undertake the implementation and management. ● Support local marketing, and competition activities and implement action plans according to the result. ● Support the franchisee and its employees with the training they need. ● Manage and monitor the information flow, reporting, and communications between the franchisor (company) and the franchisee. ● Realize the growth plan in line with the company strategy and financial targets with legal contracts.
Requirements
● Familiar with business contract terms and conditions. ● Communication skills. ● Analytical point of view. ● At least 3 years of experience in the same field. ● Ability to enlarge the system by protecting the standards, brand value, image, and rights of the main brand (franchisor).
